C5612921-D Firing Range Lead Removal and Recycling Services

This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Firing Range Lead Removal and Recycling Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel and per diem), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, delivery fees and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide the services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
