Full Depth Reclamation and Paving- LRA2025

The City of Newnan will accept sealed bids from qualified Contractors for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and other things necessary to complete the project, Full Depth Reclamation and Paving- LRA2025.

Bids will be received by the City of Newnan at the Office of City Manager, City Hall; 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidding documents may be viewed at the Office of City Engineer, 2nd Floor City Hall; or obtained from the City¿s website, www.newnanga.gov.

This work includes the full depth reclamation and paving of approximately 23887 SY on 3 streets, the mill and overlay of extended parking areas and the application of thermoplastic traffic stripe and pavement markings. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services required, including traffic control, to complete the project and fulfill the terms and conditions of this Advertisement for Bids.

The work shall begin after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the City of Newnan and shall be carried through to completion without unreasonable delay and without suspension of work unless authorized in writing by the City of Newnan. The work ii in coordination with construction of a multi-purpose trail, the LINC, with substantial completion by August 13, 2026, the first day of school for Newnan High School.
