NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to North American Rescue, LLC, 35 Tedwall CT Greer, SC 29650 The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112; the business size standard is 1000.
The BLM Arizona State Office requires two (2) respiratory ventilators for Operational Medical Unit Law Enforcement Paramedics. The respiratory ventilator are medical equipment used to provide ventilatory assistance to patients and allows health care providers to provide appropriate medical treatment of illnesses and injuries in critical patients in the field. This device is designed to provide quality ventilation and management of critical patients in extreme field conditions including rain, snow, sand, heat, aircraft and offroad vehicles while being small and lightweight.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the Contractor in meeting this requirement. A response to this notice shall be received via email to Contracting Officer Eleanor Tippeconnie at etippeco@blm.gov, no later than September 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM MD. A determination not to compete this requirement upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. To receive an award, Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV.
