Project Description: Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, is seeking proposals for the inspection and maintenance of the College’s fire sprinkler and suppression systems in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions (Newtown Township, Bristol Township, and Perkasie Borough), codes and standards. Documents will be available for free at www.pennbid.net after 7:00 a.m. EST., Tuesday, 2/25/2025. Proposals must be received on or before 10:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday, 3/25/2025, via PennBid. No bids will be accepted after this time and must be submitted via PennBid. BCCC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
