Request for Information (RFI) – Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems Modular Lethal and Kinetic Payloads
The United States (U.S.) Government intends to inform common interface standards for small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (sUAS) integrated with Modular Mission Payloads (MMP). The Picatinny CLIK Common Lethality Integration Kit interface standard will simplify integration and qualification of MMPs for sUAS, enabling rapid prototyping, experimentation and fielding. The purpose of this RFI is to collect responses from industry and Government organizations regarding sUAS modular lethal and kinetic payloads, to include both the effector (warhead, fuzing, flight body, etc.) along with the arming and release mechanism. Responses should include size, weight, and power requirements of the existing payload.
Respondents should submit their feedback and information in the following format(s):
White papers- 3 pages maximum
Powerpoint Presentations- 10 slides maximum (if a video is included in your PowerPoint Presentation, the video shall only be 60 seconds maximum)

Responses to the RFI will be evaluated to inform common interface definitions with the Picatinny Common Lethality Integration Kit based on the size, weight, and power requirements of the existing payload.
Responses should be submitted electronically to https://safe.apps.mil/ no later than 31 March 2025 by 1500 PM EST.
