Synopsis:
|
|
Submissions marked "COR25-00122 – Farrell Pumping Station Upgrades" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
The City seeks submissions from qualified contracttors with previous proven experience for the replacement and renovations to the electrical and control equipment at the Farrell Pumping Station.
The scope of work also includes the following and is not only limited to below:

Supply and Install of 5KV Switchgear

600VAC 350HP Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD)
-
Unit Control Panel and Area Control Panel Modifications
-
Fire Alarm Upgrades
-
HVAC Upgrades, among others
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Pre-bid / Site meeting: There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting and a walkthrough at the Farrell Pumping Station (1720 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan) on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 02:00 PM CST for any interested proponents. The attendance at the meeting is optional.
