Project Description: You are hereby invited to submit a quote to Broker Insurance Services for Property & Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, & Liability. This document specifies information required to submit a proposal and explains the selection process and required documentation in submitting qualifications for this project.
All quotes must be received by CATA no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM (EST).
Bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net) When two or more firms desire to submit a single proposal in response to this RFQ, they must do so on a prime-subcontractor basis rather than as a joint venture.
All applicable federal and state regulations and requirements, including but not limited to third-party contracting provisions, apply to this solicitation.
All questions or requests for clarification must be received via the “Messages/Vendor Discussion” feature in PennBid no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Questions will be publicly answered via Public Notice on PennBid.
Quotes will be accepted electronically via PennBid until 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Proposals received by any other means, or after this date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened. All proposals must remain in effect for ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening.
CATA reserves the right to reject any bids as it deems to be in its own best interests.
