Phased Array Radar (PAR) Test Article

AMENDMENT 1

NOAA Solicitation 1305M325R0002 is hereby amended as follows:

1. Section L.7 (b) adds additional site visit time and additional instructions for registering for the site visit.

2. Section L.9 (a)(1)(A) provides clarity on the ability to submit multiple proposals.

3. Section L.9 (6)(D) Table Volume I Technical Proposal page limit is updated to 150 pages.

Redlined solicitation is attached for reference.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

SOLICITATION

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), Boulder, CO, on behalf of the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), hereby issues solicitation 1305M325R0002 as a competitive procurement for a Phased Array Radar (PAR) Test Article. The Government intends to award a single award contract from this solicitation.

Solicitation Issue Date: December 5, 2024

Site Visit: December 18, 2024 9am CST and 3pm CST

Questions 1 Due Date: January 6, 2025 3pm MST

Questions 2 Due Date: January 24, 2025 3pm MST

Proposal Due Date: February 24, 2025 3pm MST

Anticipated Award Date: Q4 FY2025

The scope of this requirement includes a Radar Test Article (RTA), Radar Test Facility (RTF), installation and integration of the RTA, documentation and training, and support and maintenance for DOC, NOAA, OAR, National Severe Storms Laboratory (NSSL).
