Oracle GoldenGate Support - OMES, OB, EVV & Future replication

ODM issues this solicitation to meet requirements and guidance issued from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) under 45 CFR 95.611 as it pertains to ODM submissions related to funding.

To issue an award under this solicitation, ODM will be required to first obtain approval from CMS, which may take up to 60-days following the closing date for submissions.

It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State of Ohio enterprise contract. However, suppliers not on an enterprise contract may bid and may be considered. Please be sure to reference the State of Ohio enterprise contract number on bid.

If ODM awards to a supplier that is not on a State of Ohio enterprise contract, ODM and the supplier will execute a contract that incorporates the State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions, provided under Solicitation Documents.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered .

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ. ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
