The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to create a high-quality professional learning marketplace that acts as a guide and tool for teachers, schools, school administrators, and districts across the state to identify high-quality professional learning programs and resources that meet the professional learning criteria outlined in s. 1012.98(3)(a)-(j). This marketplace should offer high-quality professional learning programs that are linked to student learning and professional growth for instructional and administrative staff.
