NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Pursuant to Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L. c. 30B), the Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), invites the submission of sealed Bids for the furnishing and placement of equipment for Natick High School Classroom Audio Systems. No hard wiring/installation is anticipated; hence, this bid is governed by M.G.L. c. 30B. As such, prevailing wage rate requirements will not be applicable.  The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o 75 West Street, Natick, MA  01760, by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on January 26, 2026. Please do not request prior to this time. Please request during the above regular business hours only. Sealed Bids, contained in sealed envelopes marked “IFB: Furnishing and Placement of Equipment for Natick High School Classroom Audio Systems” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, February 13, 2026, at the Procurement Office, c/o 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all Bids will be opened in the presence of a witness at DPW. No faxed, late, emailed, or conditional bids are accepted. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for the receipt of sealed bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Bids. Award is subject to available funding and approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
