Seasonal Hanging Baskets and Vases Maintenance and Care: The Town of Hartford, Vermont is seeking proposals from qualified Landscaper/Master Gardener for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a beautification program. This program includes the care, watering, seasonal planting, and replacement of plants for over 33 hanging wicking flower baskets and 19 wicking-style vases placed throughout the town villages.
