Project Description: The Township of Upper Chichester (Township) is making improvements to the pocket park area adjacent to the parking lot behind 1414 Meetinghouse Road. Improvements include, but are not limited to resetting an existing pavilion onto a new stamped concrete pad, performing pavement mill and overlay for a section of the parking lot, adding drainage elements to the parking lot, constructing an ADA-compliant walkway from Meetinghouse Road, and landscaping. Alternate bids include stamped concrete sidewalk.
