Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design engineering services for an air traffic control tower at the Leesburg Executive Airport. It is anticipated that this project will include federal funding from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or state funding from the Virginia Department of Aviation (DOAV) and shall be subject to applicable grant requirements and regulations.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024. It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
