Bellview Road Swale Retrofit Project

Project Description: North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for a project known as the Bellview Road Swale Retrofit Project. This work will include the vegetative restoration and realignment of a swale that traverses Township property adjacent to Bellview Road. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM (prevailing time) at the North Whitehall Township Building, 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, PA 18037. Bids will be received until 9:00 AM (prevailing time) on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after Owner’s bid evaluation and review.

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the North Whitehall Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
