RFP 41041 - Triennial Formal Appraiser and Review Appraiser Contracts FY 2025-2028

The District seeks to obtain certified general appraisers to perform two categories of appraisal services concerning properties located throughout the District’s 18-county jurisdiction in northeastern and central eastern Florida: Formal Appraisers and Review Appraisers. In accordance with District Policy 810, Appraisals and Appraisal Expert Witnesses (attached to the sample agreement included within this solicitation) and described more fully in this solicitation, the District’s Evaluation Committee will select a short list of the most qualified Formal Appraisers and Review Appraisers. If the number of qualified respondents exceeds the number of appraisers authorized to be on the shortlists, the Evaluation Committee may select up to five Respondents to be alternate appraisers.
