Through the IDIQ contract, HMPS and the newly selected firm will negotiate an overall general scope of surveying services to be provided in support of the State’s program. Then, the State will task services through issuing Delivery Orders under the contract as needed to successfully complete the program. Joint Ventures will not be permitted under this contract. Each Letter of Qualification submitted must designate a firm that will be solely under contract with, and report directly to, HMPS. This firm will be considered the prime firm and, as such, will be responsible for subcontracting with and managing its project team member firms. The project team member firms (subcontractors) will also be subject to HMPS approval and held to the Terms and Conditions defined by the State of North Carolina. |
