Name or Title of the Service or Supply: ODNR, Environmental Lab Ceiling Repair

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for ceiling repair at our environmental lab in Cambridge, Ohio. Contract will need to remove existing plaster ceiling and install new drywall. The arch corner in the lab should be removed and squared off. Division is also requesting a quote to touch up/ repairs a few other cracked areas as an optional item.

Supplier will be responsible for removal of all materials offsite. If dumpster needs to be placed Contractor and Division will mutually agree upon placement.

Work will be performed during normal business hours and schedule will be agreed upon between Contract and Division at time of PO. All work must be completed prior to August 31 ^st 2026.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.

Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.  Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid on all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive

Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.
