Overview

Summary

This is NOT a Request for Proposals and there is NO solicitation available. The proposed contract action is for product or services for which the Town intends to negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of the Town of Davie Code Section 2-323 (b). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will NOT be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

Background

CivicPlus LLC provides the Town’s municipal website or content management system (CMS), technical support center, and AudioEye. The Town of Davie, Florida intends to expand its service offerings to the community by providing a CivicPlus MarketPlace Mobile App and Chatbot. The Town of Davie, Florida intends to negotiate single/ sole-source procurement for a Chatbot and Mobile App addition to its current CivicEngage services.

The Town would contract this procurement with CivicPlus LLC.
