Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for renovation of an existing single-family residence located at:

Before 11 am local standard time on the 21 day of November, 2024 , for:

Project: 170 Moeller Street Renovation
Architect's Project Number: 2022.311.003

Project Description: Renovate an existing, two-story, single family residence, approximately 1,900 square feet in area. The site has been abated.

Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
General Contract (all trades).

Bid Opening: Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date indicated above. Bids will be thereafter be opened.

Bid Security: No Bid Security is required.

Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at the project site on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 4pm, local time. Prospective bidders are recommended to attend. Owner, Architect, and CM will be in attendance.

Bidder's will be allowed to submit Request for Interpretation/Information (RFI) via email only. RFI's will need to be written in a question format (i.e. asking a question, not making a statement) in order to receive a response. No verbal RFI's will be accepted or answered. The cut-off date for RFI's is Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 5pm local time. RFI's received after this date and time may go unanswered. All RFI's received will be answered in written format and will be emailed to all bidders.

Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained digitally from the Architect via email download link. Bid Documents will be provided to prime bidder's only; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Bidder's will be responsible for printing of documents for their use.
