Amendment SPE605-25-R-0208-0003 (ALASKA, POSTS, CAMPS & STATIONS (PC&S) PP 3.9)

Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by filling out block 8, and signing and dating blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C (on page 1), and submit in the DLA Energy PC&S Offer Entry Tool (OET).

RFP SPE605-25-R-0208 was updated with RFP SPE605-25-R-0208 Amendment 0001and Amendment 0002. RFP SPE605-25-R-0208 Amendment 0003 is being issued to extend the closing of the solicitation, establish a new Question and Answer period, and to remove the Eareckson Air Station Line Items from this solicitation.

CONTRACTING RELATED

Eareckson Air Station line items 0014, 0154, 0165, 0167,0168, and 0169 have been DELETED from this solicitation.

These line items will be re-solicited in a future amendment.

Reference Amendment 0001 to this solicitation SPE605-25-R-0208. Additions that to section L – INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS OR RESPONDENTS has been deleted. In Amendment 0001, instructions were added for Eareckson Air Station line items (listed above). As the Eareckson Air Station line items have been removed from this solicitation, the instructions added to section L – INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS OR RESPONDENTS are no longer needed.

PROPOSALS

A. The solicitation closing date has been extended. Proposals and all required documents shall be submitted no later than Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), local Fort Belvoir time.

B. To encourage maximum participation on ALL line items, DLA Energy is opening a Question and Answer period starting Monday, June 2, 2025. All questions are due to DLA Energy no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), local Fort Belvoir time.

Except as provided in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-25-R-0208 and SPE605-25-R-0208 amendment 0003 remain in-force and unchanged.
