Request for Proposal
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide managed cybersecurity incident response and managed detection and response (MDR) services.

The Town’s currently have up to 50 production servers and up to 150 end-user workstations with mixture of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows, and Linux operating software. All systems are connected to shared network behind firewall. All systems are currently being monitored and provided real-time system events to external monitoring centre. An internal technical group may provide local assistance on end-point software deployments and maintenance. This project is to transition to new managed provider.
The Town has data residency requirements to process and store their data within Canada both encrypted at-rest and in-transit.
