I. OUTREACH MEETING

Please join us for an informational meeting to discuss the IH-10: Heuermann Rd. to La Cantera Parkway 36-inch Water Main (Phase B).

This project will be procured through the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) alternative construction delivery method and is tentatively scheduled to be advertised Mid to late July 2025 .

This will be an in-person meeting and attendees are encouraged to arrive (10) minutes prior to the meeting.  The presentation will start promptly at 2:30 pm (CDT). The presentation will provide updated and important information about the project . This outreach meeting is primarily for prime contractors or key subcontractors only. Refer to the project information below.

Please submit questions and/or comments by June 2, 2025 by 4:00 PM (CDT).  Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by June 9, 2025 by 4:00 PM (CDT).

II. PROJECT INFORMATION

1.  This project will be procured through the RFCSP alternative construction delivery method.

2.  Estimated construction budget is $35,000,000.00.

3.  Estimated advertisement in June of 2025.

4.  Estimated Construction start in 4 ^th Quarter of 2025.

5.  The scope of this project includes:

• The solicitation via RFCSP will seek respondents with experience installing large diameter water transmission main.
• Open cut installation of approximately 9,100 LF of water transmission main up to 36-inch in diameter at depths up to 35 feet.
• Trenchless installation of approximately 6,000 LF of water transmission main up to 36-inch in diameter at depths up to 35 feet.
• Project includes installation of a cathodic protection system and associated pipe connections and appurtenances.

6.  During this meeting we will be seeking feedback from contractors on certain aspects of proposed  construction.
