Project Description: The scope of work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a new kayak launch, demolition and removal of select existing improvements, grading, erosion control, tree and fence removal, concrete pavement and sidewalks, ADA parking and striping, signage, gravel road and parking area improvements, pipe fencing and gates, launch surface installation, and other related items as shown in the plans and specifications. (All questions must be submitted on Bonfire in the questions and answers section. Award will be based on Local Government Code Chapter 252. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.)
