Sale of Property at 36 Eastview Street

Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Department for the City of Bristol, Connecticut is accepting proposals for the disposition of surplus property at 36 Eastview Street, Assessor’s Map 24 Lot 56; submissions are due no later than May 7, 2025 at 3:00 pm.

Proposal submission documents are available via the document link noted below. Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until the date and time noted above; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.

The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
