Description: The Hudson River Park Trust is inviting law firms with an office in New York State to respond to the Request for Proposals for On-Call Legal Services. The Trust seeks law firms qualified to provide legal advice in such areas as real estate, construction, environmental and land use, labor and employment, trademark/copyright, regulatory compliance, litigation and other related matters. The selected law firms would be eligible for specific retentions that arise over the next five-year period beginning on or about March 1, 2025. While no MWBE or SDVOB subcontracting goals are required for this solicitation, MWBE and SDVOB law firms are encouraged to submit a response to serve as prime contractors.
