NNMC Request for seven (7) Non-PSC Registered Nurse Services

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Seven (7) Non-PSC Registered Nurse (RN) Services for the Emergency Room department.

NOTE: The requested POP for the seven (7) services requested will be as follows:

• Five (5) Non-PSC RN services with a Period of Performances that will be 1 year from date of award to include: 1 Base (6-months) and 1 Exercise Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award.


• Two (2) Non-PSC RN services with a Period of Performance that will be for only 6-months from date of award.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of 34.0M.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00093 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Friday, February 28, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the governments need outlines in the Statement of Work, past performances, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Friday, March 7, 2025. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at sam.gov in order to submit a quote.
