SIGA Canine Detection Services

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide Canine Detection Services on an if and when required basis, as provided in the ITT document. The successful Bidder shall provide Canine Detection services, for SIGA’s
Central Office and seven (7) SIGA casino sites located throughout Saskatchewan and listed below.

Fully completed bid submission (all sections and tables) by the closing date and sent by email (No zip files). Note: Files over 10 MB may need to be sent in multiple emails (Number each email accordingly).

The vendor must provide a vendor profile that includes a listing and qualifications of staff, accreditation of the canine(s), location of offices, and regulatory licenses, credentials, and/or certification.

Bidders must have at least three years of experience in providing similar services. Bidder should identify the number of years in business and detailed qualifications as it pertain to the products in this Invitation to Tender, and provide with bid submission.

All pricing quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance, and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.

The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.

SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.

Bidders are to provide, with bid submission, three (3) references where the services provided were similar to the services listed above and the service was provided in Saskatchewan within the last five (5) years. (all contact information to be provided (name, email, phone, address)
