The Defense Logistics Agency Land & Maritime (DLA), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) & Trident Refit Facility (TRF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a Furniture Kit that consist furniture for (118) Workstations, (23) Offices, and to furnish breakrooms, training rooms, printer stations and lobby area to furnish the newly established lease space located at 555 Pacific Avenue, Bremerton, WA (SOW is Attached). Additionally, the project includes the installation of all the procured Furniture Kit materials, which include the design, manufacture, deliver, assemble, install, groom and operationally test of all workstations and furniture per attached conceptual layout drawings (see attached SOW). Telecommunication Services are required as additional services and shall provide data and phone services. Install (2) data and (1) phone service cable for each cubicle, office workstation and printer / multi-function device location. Service cables shall be at a minimum range of (15) to a maximum 0f (30) feet in length. These cables shall be installed and routed from the nearest data and phone wall port through the furniture to the work surface for all locations (see attached SOW). The furniture kit, installation and telecommunications services are to be manufactured in accordance with OEM material technical data, specifications and drawings. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 337215.
