Delaware County Base Service Unit (#HS-000020 MH)

Delaware County Department of Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified providers to establish and operate two Base Service Units for mental health services in Delaware County. The Base Service Units will serve as a central point of entry for individuals seeking mental health care, coordinating services and ensuring access to appropriate treatment. This Request for proposal requires all current providers of Base Service Units to submit a proposal should they wish to be considered to continue operating a Base Service Unit. The Department of Human Services will choose provider(s) who are able to serve the widest range of Delaware County residents. Providers may submit a proposal for one Base Service Unit; a maximum of two providers will be chosen.
