Re: 26-09-B Roof Replacements for Sage Mill Pump House & Generator Building
The Aiken County HCWWTP/PSA, is requesting bids for all work as follows: Provide all labor,
equipment and materials in order to remove and replace approximately 6,000 square feet of
metal roofing at our Sage Mill Pumping Station. The roofs are on the pump house and
generator building located at 1094 Sage Mill Parkway Graniteville, SC 29829
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday March 12th 10:00 AM at the Aiken County
Government Center, 1930 University Parkway Aiken, SC 29801. Interested contractors should come to
the third floor Procurement Suite, Chinquapin Meeting Room. Horse Creek WWTP Departments
representatives will be there to answer questions and have site plans to review. Site plans are very old
and not in digital format. Following the meeting staff will meet contractors at the location 1094 Sage
Mill Parkway, Graniteville SC for a site visit. This is the only opportunity to inspect the buildings and take
photos.
Email questions procurement@aikencountysc.gov until Tuesday March 17th @ 2:00 PM. The
Q&A will be posted on or before on our website Thursday March 19th 2:00 PM. Phone calls will
not be accepted.
Bids are due by Tuesday March 24th 2026 by 2:00 PM
