Ordering Division and address: 1756 Osborn Rd, Wilmington, OH 45177
Specifications:
• Remove vinyl wall covering and any glue left from removal.
• Patch any holes in the walls
• Apply 1/4” cement board.
• Apply ceramic tiles, grout.
• Paint the exposed cinder block.
• Remove mirrors, sinks, toilets, soap dispensers, towel racks benches, handrails and water valves then reset post
tile installation. Detach water supply lines, reattach after tiles have been installed.
• Replace with new under sink pipe connecting into the wall pipes.
• Calk windows.
• Supplier responsible for removal and cleanup.
• Work needs to be completed by: May 30, 2026.
• Below are pictures of Shower House # 2, the project to be completed. The pictures of Shower House #1 show a
project that has already completed.
• Shower House #2 needs to have the same tile and look as Shower House #1.
