Project Description: The project consists of installing a 12" PVC waterline within the West Valley City, Utah area along 5400 West Street from 4100 South to 4700 South.
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Obtaining all permits.
Adhere to federal funding requirements including Buy America and Davis-Bacon Wage Act Compliance, and all requirements as shown in the Project Documents.
Project supervision.
Mobilization/Demobilization.
Installation of 12" C900 PVC piping, fittings, fire hydrants, PRV vault, water sampling stations, valves and valve boxes, and other appurtenances indicated in the Plans.
Asphalt, concrete, and landscaping restoration.
