ASL Interpreting Follow On -DSCC

Amendment 002 is issued to add an additional clin series for virtual interpreting services. The

following CLINS are added via

this amendment CLIN 0003, 1003, 2003,3003 and 4003. All vendors shall review the revised Bid Sheet

and submit their pricing using this amendments Bid sheet for their final proposals.

The solicitation due date is extended from June 4th, 2025 at 11:59 PM to June 11th, 2025 at 11:59

PM.

All proposals shall be submitted to Contract Specialist Timothy.Gilligan@dla.mil and CC Contracting

Officer Becky Hard at Becky.Hard@dla.mil before the extended closing date of June 11th, 2025 at

11:59PM

Solicitation Amendment 001 is being issued to accomplish the following:

1) Respond to questions regarding the solicitation that were received during the question period. (See attachment )

2) Provide a copy of the updated PWS. (See attachement)

3) Provide a copy of the updated QASP. ( See attachment)

Solicitation close date is extended to 11:59 PM EST on June 4, 2025. Proposals are required to be received by 04 JUNE 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Description: This requirement is to comply with the policies and laws to provide qualified American Sign Language (ASL),

Pidgin Sign Language, Signed English, Close Vision/Tactile and/or Oral) interpreting services to D/HH employees in a variety of

work-related settings. These settings include, but are not limited to, office and job-related issues such as: work group meetings;

employee orientations; training; wellness program events; conferences and seminars; employee/manager meetings, to include

those regarding performance and/or disciplinary actions; and other employment situations.

General Information

Period of Performance:

The Period of performance will be a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. Option years will not be

exercised at the time of the award and will be subject to the availability of funds and contractor’s performance. The Contracting

Officers Representative (COR) will measure the contractor’s performance each year before exercising an option.
