TRANSIT CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER

It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to operate the Call Center that supports the communications system to assist RTC’s Transit-Fixed Route and On-Demand clients with any needs related to our service.The Call Center will operate twenty-four hours, seven days a week Pacific Standard Time (P.S.T.). The initial performance period will be from Notice-to-Proceed to June 30, 2028. There will be two, one-year options to renew.
