Project Description: The Ogden School District is remodeling the Opportunity Center on the Ogden campus to accommodate new programs and community partners. The following is a list of projects/ and priorities for the remodel that are partially being funded through a grant received by the District:
Fire Alarm/ CO Sensor
Chiller Replacement
DDC Controls
Lighting Upgrade
New Entryway/Parking Lot
Roof Replacement over certain sections of the building
Additional work will likely occur in the process of completing the above-listed work, as well as items that will be designed but have a lower priority, including but not limited to:
Window Replacement in certain designated areas
Stucco Repair and Repaint the Exterior of the Building
Install New Rain Gutters around the facility
Door Replacement
Plumbing/Water Systems
Exhaust Fans
Boiler Re-Gasket
