Project Description: The Ogden School District is adding a new Fleet Maintenance, Warehouse, Bus Facility, and associated parking lots to the District Campus. It will be located east of the existing Maintenance
facility, replacing the existing fleet maintenance shops, Borgstrom Hall warehouse, and will incorporate the FIRST STUDENT bus operations and fleet maintenance facility. The
facility will include fleet maintenance, conference rooms, offices, restrooms, a warehouse, and
other operational uses. It is currently anticipated to be designed as a pre-engineered metal
building.
The facility concept plan and site plan are attached as part of this solicitation. The facility is
anticipated to be approximately 33-34,000 sq ft with associated parking lots. The sites and
existing buildings surrounding the new building will be demolished and graded as part of the
scope of this work. Any remediation of materials will be conducted separately under the
direction of the district.
