Spring Hill Park Stream Restoration

Project Description: Mountville Borough will receive bids for the Spring Hill Park Stream Restoration project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. At that time bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at www.pennbid.net.
The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 400 linear feet of stream restoration, vegetated swale installation, paved walkway construction, and riparian plantings.
A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
This contract is subject to the following: the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
Mountville Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
