Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide group medical administration services according to the attached JG26-06-RFP document.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single award to a vendor who can provide a full replacement proposal covering both current networks or two awards with an award for each network.
Contract Term: 3 years with 2 one-year options in the inital term with an optional 5 one-year terms available.
