Snow and Ice Removal for Three Municipal Buildings

The City of Pontiac is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow and ice removal services throughout the City. These services are critical to maintaining safe and passable roadways, municipal facilities, parking lots, sidewalks, and other public areas during winter weather events.

Qualified firms will demonstrate the capacity, equipment, staffing, and experience necessary to respond promptly and effectively to snow and ice conditions in accordance with City standards and operational needs. Services may include, but are not limited to, snow plowing, salting and sanding, de-icing, hauling and removal of snow, and emergency response during severe weather events.
