|
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) requires a Contractor to provide comprehensive bill presentment services to include bill and letter composition, bill and letter print, mailing, electronic billing, payment, and notification services. The Contractor will work primarily with WSSC Water’s Customer Service & Community Relations Department and Finance Department to ensure that customer bills and other printed materials are produced with the highest quality and delivered consistently to our customers, and all payments made to WSSC Water are processed and remitted on time.
