Project Description: The City of Orem (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive bids for the professional cleaning of a Secondary Digester located at the Orem Wastewater Treatment Facility (1797 W 1000 S, Orem, UT 84059). Ideas for long-term maintenance solutions are encouraged.
The primary objective is to restore the digester's operational capacity by removing accumulated inorganic grit and settled solids that have reduced the effective treatment volume.
