Project Description: The University of Texas at Austin (“UT Austin” or “University”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to perform work (Work) more specifically described in Section 1.7 (Scope of Work) of this solicitation, encompassing event rentals and associated services, associated freight, and related warehousing, and not limited to coordination and setup for electrical, audio, visual components.
