We are looking to setup an Annual Contract for 1 year with the option to renew for an additional 3 years.

Please provide the current pricing/supplier for the product listed above and a copy of the previous bid tab results for our records.	8/19/2025 8:56:18 AM	We will be uploading the current PO and the previous bid tab that it was originally issued on. Thatcher Chemical could not fulfill the contract and assigned it to Chemtrade who does not wish to renew it. This is the reason for the RFQ.	8/19/2025 9:03:51 AM
