The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is to complete the demolition of Building 230, located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph (RAN). The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary. The contractor shall conduct and provide documentation of initial and post-demolition topographic surveys, along with pre-demolition photographic records. All surveys and records shall be certified by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. The contractor shall completely demolish and remove all associated building materials, including but not limited to, the main building, all above-grade and below-grade components, concrete slabs, foundations, and vaults, to a minimum depth of three feet. The contractor shall locate, disconnect, cap, and plug all overhead and underground utilities (water, wastewater, electrical, gas, etc.) to the nearest acceptable point. The exact cutoff point shall be jointly determined on-site by the Contractor, the applicable service provider, and Government Project Manager (PM) during the execution of the contract. The contractor shall remove and dispose of all demolition debris from the site and properly grade the post-demolition site, ensuring restoration to a condition suitable for its intended future use.
