Project Description: Tooele County is issuing this IFB for construction of Phase IV of the Peak Sports and Entertainment Complex. Phase IV expands the Complex’s recreational and event infrastructure and includes the development of additional athletic facilities, supporting amenities, equestrian infrastructure, parking, roadway access, trail connectivity, and a future RV park area, all consistent with the adopted Master Plan.
