Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:

The Contractor shall upgrade and replace twenty (20) existing isolation room pressure monitoring systems in the patient isolation rooms throughout the Merle Norman Pavilion, Central and North wings at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center (SMUMC). Devices include pressure monitoring panels, sensors, remote annunciators, and connection to BMS through data cabling furnished by the University. Scope includes ICRA level 4 construction containment and mitigation. Work to be performed one room at a time, including replacement/installation of 20 new systems, programming, testing, and commissioning (by University).
