Important Notes:

Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms.

Section A, Paragraph A.2, page 5, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal.

Section B.2, page 8, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission.

All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 31 January 2025, 1100 AM hours PST.

A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be held on 29 January 2025 at 0930 AM hours PST. See page 39 for site visit details.

Please RSVP to the site visit by emailing Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres at Tanya.Torres@usda.gov.

In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
