Summary:Virginia Tech is seeking an Architectural/Engineering firm to provide full design services to
include, but not necessarily be limited to Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, Working
Drawings and Construction Administration for the project. Virginia Tech envisions using the
Design-Bid-Build (“DBB”) method of construction delivery as well as engaging an independent
Commissioning Agent to participate in the design and construction of this project.
