Intent to Award Sole Source - STAAS Bridge

The Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at WPAFB has a requirement to obtain additional Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS).

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541990. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1) to Credence Manaagment Solutions Limited Liability Company.

The United States Air Force (the Government) intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract to a Single Source, Credence Management Solutions Limited Liability Company, Inc. The period of performance will be from 1 July 2025 to 2 March 2026.

Reason for Single Source: A contractor without the knowledge, experience, and capabilities required could not successfully continue the program's current needs without a disruption of service, duplication of efforts, transition delays, and/or increased costs.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “STAAS Bridge Contract.” Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).
